have recently come across several photos of tattoos based upon this image.

This is not OK.

When you use my image as a tattoo, you are essentially paying some tattoo artists a huge amount of money to reproduce my image.

I am happy to see that this image is so popular. I was flattered by the first tattoo.

But right now other people are profiting from my efforts, as my copyrighted materials are being reproduced and distributed without my permission or compensation.

If you would like to use this image in a tattoo, please contact me. I'm not saying no to all tattoos of me, but if you're willing to shell out the money to pay for a tattoo, you can afford to compensate me for right to use my image. It's that simple.

I'm an artist, and you don't duplicate my work without my permission.

As I was setting up for my submission [link] to the AIDS awareness project, we snapped a few shots of my bloody nose, pre-plastic.

As I love zombies, I love this shot.

This is incredibly impressive. Simple, and straight to the point. Sorry to hear all the troubles with this image and people not having the correct permission; That shit just goes hand in hand with the internet, unfortunately.
