Alone, lost in thoughts. The world fades away.
Everything else is darkness. From the photograph I posted Here. I loved the expression on his face, but I wanted to clear away his messy hair, and the superfluous details to create an image that is pensive and calm, and elegant. Model is Tsaven _________________ Since I get a lot of comments about him, and how he looks like Orlando Bloom, or Legolas (the elf from Lord of the Rings), I thought I'd add some links to other images of him, for easier model-stalking. Haha maybe I should have lied and told everyone it is!
That's kind of the simplicity I was going for though, so I'll call that illusion a success
But now that you've put the idea in my head I want to do a pencil sketch! I'll make him look a little different because I'm always slightly short of photorealism. But I'll probably have to try now.
I know this was originally a digital shot... but do you shoot manual as well or have access to a camera? You'd probably LOVE infrared film... I know I do! It gets that same "glow" and really pale skin - really quite beautiful.
Awesome work hun!

I just haven't gotten to address it as I have a lot of film to move through before I should be buying more, and I still haven't found a good place to develop film without ruining it. Isn't IR film pretty expensive?
It's more expensive then regular film... so what I suggest is during the photoshop - shoot one roll of normal film to act as "warm-up" film before using your infrared stuff
But the extra cost is soo worth it!! Just store your other film in the fridge for now
